Step-by-Step Instructions for Pumpkin French Toast
  1. Preheat your electric griddle or skillet over medium heat, around 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a 9x13 pan or large mixing bowl, whisk together the large eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, light brown sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice until fully blended, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add a tablespoon of butter to the preheated griddle and spread it evenly to create a non-stick base.
  4. Dip each slice of brioche bread into the pumpkin batter, ensuring both sides are well-coated.
  5. Place the coated bread slices onto the preheated griddle and cook for about 3-4 minutes until the underside is golden brown.
  6. Carefully flip each slice over and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes on the other side.
  7. Transfer the Pumpkin French Toast to a warm plate and serve immediately with maple syrup, butter, and powdered sugar.
