- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, ranch dressing, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until all ingredients are well combined, but be careful not to overmix.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
