  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • Sea salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Arrange the salmon slices on a serving platter.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, orange juice, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salmon.
  4. Top the salmon with avocado slices, green onions, and cilantro.
  5. Sprinkle with sea salt to taste.
