Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
Add the softened butter to the flour mixture and mix until crumbly.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and egg. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Gently fold in the meat floss, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly distributed.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for about 1 minute until it comes together.
Roll the dough out to about 1/2 inch thick and cut out biscuits using a round cutter or a glass. Place the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
