Ingredients
  

  • 2 15-ounce cans of sweet corn, drained
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the drained sweet corn, softened cream cheese, melted butter, sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  3. After 4 hours, add the heavy cream and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 30 minutes on low, uncovered, to thicken.
  4. Once done, give it a final stir and serve warm.
