  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 package 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 6 cups rice cereal
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows for topping

Method
 

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat and quickly stir in the rice cereal and graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips gently, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  4. Press the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, using a spatula or your hands (lightly greased) to flatten it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows on top and gently press them into the mixture.
  6. Allow the treats to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
