- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and quickly stir in the rice cereal and graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, using a spatula or your hands (lightly greased) to flatten it evenly.
- Sprinkle the mini marshmallows on top and gently press them into the mixture.
- Allow the treats to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
