Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup chamoy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Ice cubes
  • Additional sliced strawberries and lime wedges for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, water, sugar, chamoy sauce, lime juice, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or lime juice as desired. If it's too thick, add a little more water.
  3. Fill serving glasses halfway with ice cubes. Pour the strawberry mixture over the ice.
  4. Garnish with additional sliced strawberries and a lime wedge on the rim of each glass.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing strawberry chamoyada!
