Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off. Place the chocolate-covered strawberries on the prepared baking sheet.
- Once all strawberries are dipped, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over each one.
- Refrigerate the strawberries for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
