  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the sliced strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar. Blend again if you add more.
  3. Pour the strawberry mixture into a shallow dish and cover it with plastic wrap.
  4. Freeze for about 4 hours, or until the sorbet is firm. Stir the mixture every hour to break up any ice crystals.
  5. Once fully frozen, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes before scooping.
